Morning returned to the UK wrapped in quiet, soft and strange. We were back on native soil, and it felt both familiar and strange.
This day saw us waking in Folkestone once again before a long drive back to Sterling, Scotland for one more stop and then home. We got from Rothenburg ob der Tauber to Folkestone in one day, grabbed a Burger King and crashed hard. Back up and at ’em around 7:30am but was greeted by this mist shrouded Church. I thought it would make a great contrast to the bright and colourful version of the same building I snapped just days before. I like the contrast.
I don’t know what my ‘style’ is right now, but I have figured I like shadows, reflections, interesting angles, and mystery. I feel that mist always gives something an air of mystery. Hence this pic.
