So I explained how being on holiday postponed the pics being posted daily. I got home, was starting to catch up and then got ill. The dreaded Covid! So I am not behind again. I do have some pics I took that didn’t make the cut for that days picture, and I am gong to use them here to supplement days I couldn’t get out to take any.
This pic was taken on our last day in Rotheburg ob der Tauber. We got up, cleared our mess, made the place look almost like we had never been there, I popped out to the garden one last time and snapped this picture of a rose. Then we left Germany, headed for Folkestone once again. Sad to be leaving, richer in spirit for having visited, and happy knowing we will definitely be back. It has been a dream of ours to visit R.o.d.T, and now it is fulfilled. Now our dream is to go back. And we will.
I like this pic, but I cannot wait to have a decent macro lens to get some good close up shots of subjects.
